Encrypted on your computer
Clinical data saved on your device for offline use is encrypted with your practice’s key. The key is cleared when you sign out or close the tab. Everything travels over TLS.
Session audio is never stored
AI Scribe processes the recording in memory and discards it. It only structures what was said, and leaves a section empty rather than invent anything.
Retention rules built in
Export a patient’s full record on request. Erasure stays blocked until the HPCSA retention period has passed: 6 years after last contact, or age 21 for minors.

Yes. It handles English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa, Setswana and others, including switching between languages mid-session. The transcript and note are written in English.
Nothing is kept. You confirm the patient's consent first, which is logged. The recording is processed in memory to draft the note, then discarded. It's never written to disk.
Yes. Your team shares one practice calendar and patient list, and roles control who sees clinical notes.
Not yet. Paperless prints tariff and ICD-10 codes on every invoice line, and you can record medical aid payments against each invoice. Direct electronic submission is on our roadmap.
